What we collect

• Account info — email, name, password hash, plan, and timestamps.
• Scroop sessions — your persona descriptions, location choices, conversation transcripts, and the scores and coaching reports we generate.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed, features used, errors encountered.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

What we don't keep

Your raw audio is streamed through Google's Gemini Live API for transcription and response and is not stored on Scroops servers. Only the text transcript of your conversation is retained, attached to your account.

How we use your data

• To provide the service and improve your coaching reports over time.
• To send transactional email (welcome, receipts, password resets, etc.).
• To send occasional product news. You can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link.

Who we share with

• Google — for the Gemini Live voice conversation.
• OpenAI / Anthropic — for transcript grading and coaching report generation.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
