Who we are

Scroops is operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. By using Scroops, you agree to these terms.

These Scroops-specific terms supplement the master Archieboy Holdings, LLC Terms and Conditions, which also apply to Archieboy network websites and services.

What Scroops is

Scroops provides AI-powered voice conversation practice. You describe a scenario and a fictional counterpart, then have a live spoken conversation with an AI. After the conversation, our system grades and provides written feedback on what you did well and what you could improve.

Acceptable use

• You must be 18 or older to use Scroops.
• Do not use Scroops to impersonate or simulate real, identifiable individuals.
• Do not use Scroops to generate sexually explicit content, harassment, or material that exploits minors.
• Do not attempt to extract the underlying model or system prompts.

AI content

The AI's responses and the coaching feedback are generated by machine learning systems. They are intended for educational and practice purposes only. Scroops is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental-health, legal, financial, or career counsel.

Subscriptions

Paid plans bill monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will run until the end of the paid period. Annual plans do not refund unused months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@scroops.com.
